Snow in the Sonoran Desert of Arizona

He Makes ALL Things New; Including You!

Once the clouds began to lift this AM we could see a light dusting of snow on the mountains/hills around us. It's only a dusting, but we are only about 500 feet lower in elevation from having a few inches of snow.

While snow in the desert isn't frequent, it is more common than you may think. That said, it is always a beautiful delight for our eyes to behold.

I believe the timing of this particular "storm" and the blanket of freshly fallen snow it brought, is a prophetic image from the Lord. He has blessed us with a reminder that He makes all things new.

We have a clean slate!

Regardless of what 2014 looked like for you, today is a day of new beginnings; the old is past and the new has come!

Close your eyes and picture a blanket of new fallen snow. The sky is blue and the sun is shinning brightly; illuminating the crystals of snow and ice. There are no footprints or traces of a single blemish. It is a pristine and magnificent sight!

Beloved, this is a picture of you from your Heavenly Father's perspective! (When we accept The gift of His Son, Jesus, He first recreates us- we become a new creation. From then on, He sees us through the reality of what Jesus did on the cross! {not through the facts of our lives and choices}). Because of what Jesus did, Father God sees us as holy, blameless and righteous!

People often begin a new year with resolutions but rarely see lasting effects. If you truly desire transformation, resolve today to agree with God! Agree with Him about who He says you are. Agree with Him and embrace your destiny from His perspective.

According to Him, you are a holy, righteous son or daughter of the Most High God and King. You are a royal heir to the Throne. You were born to love and be loved by God. You were born to show others that love. And, you were born to live on earth as in heaven...

On this first day of 2015, step into your destiny!

Let's remind one another of truth from His perspective; from His Word.

The practice of renewing our mind, with these greater realities from His Word, has the greatest potential to transform our lives.
